Apreso fix @ UDCapture
Having problems viewing a lecture that was recorded with Apreso? Does your screen look like the one below?
Problem:
The most recent version of Flash on certain non-Windows platforms has issues with playback of lectures recorded with Apreso. The computer visuals on the right side of your screen will appear to repeat in vertical stripes.
Users affected:
You may be affected if the following are true.
- Anyone who plays lecture content that was recorded with Apreso. This includes recent content from UD Online.
- You use a Macintosh computer with an Intel processor or a computer running Linux. Windows and Macintosh computers with a PowerPC processor a not affected.
- You experience playback problems with the visuals (the right side of the screen) that appear to be repeating vertical stripes.
Resoution:
To remedy the problem, you need to roll back to a previous version (9,0,47,0) of Flash where the bug does not exist. What version of Flash do I have?
Mac Users:
- Download the Flash Uninstaller disc image to your computer.
- The disc image should automatically open. Double click "Uninstall Flash Player OSX"
- Download the Flash plugin disc image to your computer.
- The disc image should automatically open. Double click "Install Flash Player 9 UD.app"
- Try playing the lecture again.
