The University Media Services Classroom Assistance Network is ready to help by providing operational support to all centrally-scheduled classrooms. This system operates from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and through 5 p.m. Friday when classes are in session.

Are you teaching in a new classroom? Would you like to become more familiar with the classroom technology in your classrooms? Learn more by reading online orientations. You can also request a personal orientation to meet with a Classroom Technology technician for information about a particular classroom.
If any equipment is broken or malfunctioning, please report it to Media Services so that it may be fixed as soon as possible. You can report issues using the online form, by calling 831-3546, or by picking up the black IP telephone in any classroom and pressing "0".
