Equipment Problem Report

If any classroom technology equipment needs to be repaired or supplies replenished, please submit a repair report or call 831-3546.

To report broken or missing classroom furniture, please email schedoffice@udel.edu.

UMS CT is responsible only for centrally scheduled rooms; as such, only those rooms are listed on the form. If you are unsure if the room is covered, consult the comprehensive UMS CT room list. For any other rooms, such as departmentally-owned rooms, please consult your department secretary and submit an FAI.

To submit an equipment repair report, please fill in the form (all fields required unless marked "optional") and click the "Submit repair request" button at the bottom once. Repair requests are limited by technician availability.
