Dennis Williams
Dennis' primary responsibility is the design and installation of technology in classrooms.
He is a long-time UD employee; his work in Classroom Technology began in 1993 when the University undertook a major initiative to upgrade and install technology in all centrally scheduled classrooms.
Jason Atkinson
Jason's primary responsibility is overseeing the day-to-day operation for all aspects of classroom technology.
Jason began work in University Media Services in 2001 as a Classroom Technology Technician responsible for providing support for classrooms in Gore Hall. Jason is an ICIA (International Communications Industries Association) Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). In 2004, Jason was promoted to Manager, Classroom Technology Operations, and is responsible for managing day-to-day classroom support work campus-wide.
Frank Eastman
Frank's primary responsibility is programming and maintaining the electronic room control systems. He began work in Media Services as a student technician in 1993. After graduating from UD, he held the position of Classroom Technology Technician before being promoted to his present position.
Matt Holden
Matt's primary responsibility is that of lead tech in campus wide installation and maintenance for classroom technology.
Matt began work in University Media Services in 1999 and was promoted to his current position in 2004. He is an ICIA Certified Technology Specialist.
Linda LaRue
Linda's primary responsibility is providing on site user support in Kirkbride, Purnell, Smith and Ewing Hall classrooms. She is a long-time UD employee, whose work in technology dates to 1980.
Kyle McCormick
Kyle's primary responsibility is providing on site user support in classrooms wherever needed across campus.
He began work as a Classroom Technology Technician I in 2006 land he also field classroom calls for assistance in the Classroom Assistance Network call center.
Robert Burnham
Rob's primary responsibility is providing on site user support in classrooms wherever needed across campus.
He began work as a Classroom Technology Technician I in 2006 land he also field classroom calls for assistance in the Classroom Assistance Network call center.
Lisa Taylor
Lisa provides fill-in coverage in the Classroom Technology Operations in East Hall.
Alice Dunaway
Alice's primary responsibility is supervising the Classroom Assistance Network call center.
She also responds to a wide variety of calls for information and assistance in Classroom Technology. Alice worked from 1997-2006 as a part-time office assistant before joining University Media Services full time in 2006.
Tom Manchester
Tom assists the Classroom Techs in activities ranging from user support to installation and maintenance. Tom began work in University Media Service in 2003 while still a high school student.
Andy Sacher
Andy began his career with Media Services in school as a theatre techie at Mitchell Hall in 2003. In college, he has added the duties of a Classroom Technology student assistant in Kirkbride under Linda LaRue (Spring '05). Since then, he has moved on to be webmaster and general lackey for Classroom Technology while retaining his position at Mitchell Hall.
