Podcasting

IT-UMS/ITV offers a full service podcasting operation making the process of recording of your next event or speaker an easy one. We can do audio only podcasts, enhanced audio podcasts or video podcasts, also known as "vodcasts."

We will first meet with you to evaluate the needs of the event, if we will be able to use the existing equipment in the event space, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Distribution

Once your podcast has been recorded, we can help you distribute it through the UD Podcasts site. The UD Podcasts site reaches all members of the UD community including students, faculty, staff, parents and others automatically for those who subscribe.

Speaker Release Form

IMPORTANT: UMS will not record any speaker or event unless a video and/or audio release form has been signed by all parties that will be recorded. This form must be signed and returned prior to the event. You may return via campus mail or fax to 831-4533.
