UD IT-University Media Services Video Conference Reservation Request

Thanks for visiting the IT-University Media Services Video Conference Request page. Use this website if you are a member of the UD community and wish to request video conferencing service at one of UD's video conference facilities. Here's how the process works:

Step 1 You fill in the webform to request service, listing the date, time and location on campus that you'd like to use. In addition, you list the Technical Contacts for each remote site participating in the conference.


Step 2 Media Services recieves your request and checks the availability of the facility. If there are no conflicts or problems with the request, the reservation is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to you and emails are sent to all the technical contacts you provided.

You will be contacted regarding billing.


Step 3 Each site's technical contact responds to the email they were sent by registering for the conference. At this stage, they provide us information about their video conference hardware so that we can make the connection to their site.


Step 4 A test is conducted with each remote site. At this point, the conference is ready to proceed.
